SHIPPING COSTS

Our standard shipping cost is $6.99 per order.

OUR DELIVERY PROCESS

After you successfully place your order, your order will go through our process:

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday.

Order processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

If we receive a large number of orders, delivery may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional delivery days. If there is a significant delay in delivering your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping time: 7-15 days from Monday to Friday.

However, in some unfortunate cases due to weather, procedures or high order volume on holidays, your order may arrive a few days later, please wait.

SHIPPING METHODS

We work with the United States Postal Service and other carriers depending on your package to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

You will receive an email with a tracking number after your order has been shipped. There will be a link in that email to track your package, please note that it may take a few hours for the logistics company to update the tracking information.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SHIPMENT

If you have a problem with your shipment, we are happy to help, but please note that we usually only have access to the reasonable tracking information that you have.
