Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

In the unfortunate event that you receive the wrong product or the product you ordered does not fit your phone, we will assist you in returning the product according to the policy below.

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot provide you with a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Other items that are not returnable:

– Gift cards

– Products that are on sale or on sale

Note: Products that are damaged due to your fault will not be returned

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 and is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded after the return is completed.

However, in some cases where the error is ours, we will cover this cost.

RETURN METHOD

As soon as you receive the product from us, you check it and wish to return it, please contact us via email with your order information and wishes.

We will review and respond to your wishes as well as instructions for you to send the product back to us.

REFUNDS

After receiving the returned item and reviewing it, if your returned item meets our requirements, we will proceed to refund you.

The refund amount will be paid to your original account. It will take 5-7 business days to complete the refund process, please wait.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have any requests, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve them promptly.

Note: Once the goods have been shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. Please be present to receive the goods and return them according to the above policy.
